The Prata Riverside Village housing development designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop is triggering an urban regeneration boost at Braço de Prata, formerly an industrial waterfront.
Its public spaces are intimately related with the building typologies, through a modular design that allows different activities to take place, reinforcing the perpendicularity towards the Tejo river.
